La Table
by Thomas Laravoire

A private chef who lives in with you for the length of your chalet stay, from breakfast to dinner. Or a chef for a single evening, for a dinner with friends or family. Refined, honest cooking, designed around you and your guests.

An exceptional
background

Trained at École Ferrandi in Paris, I spent nearly two years at the palace hotel Le Meurice, mainly in its two-Michelin-star restaurant alongside Alain Ducasse and Cédric Grolet, as well as breakfast, afternoon tea and room service. I then worked with three-Michelin-star chefs who shaped my cooking: Emmanuel Renaut in Megève, Régis and Jacques Marcon, and Alain Passard, with whom I spent two years, including one as global events manager, running private dinners in Sydney, Montreal and Moscow.

Today I bring all of this to one goal: creating a generous, honest and unforgettable moment around your table.
